Are you detail-oriented customer-focused and thrive in a quiet yet dynamic environment Sheraton Melbourne Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team. This is a key role ensuring smooth overnight operations exceptional guest experiences and accurate financial reporting.
What Youll Do- Process guest check-ins check-outs room assignments and late check-out requests.
- Secure payments issue/reissue room keys and verify billing accuracy.
- Run nightly audits prepare reports and complete system backups.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain service standards.
- Handle cash transactions balance receipts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain safety and security of guests and hotel assets during the night.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality experience a plus but not required).
