Job Description
Responsible for the local strategy development and execution of GAIN (customer education and training activities). Activities are to be aligned with Nordic BU strategy andobjectivesand should be conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Galderma code of ethics and local and international standards and regulatory requirements for medical devicepharmaceuticalsand cosmetic products.
Key responsibilities
Leads the GAIN(GaldermaAesthetic InjectorNetwork)medical education strategyin the Nordics
Including the creation of the yearly plan (TTT masterclasses workshops peer-to-peer activities congress participation) and translating global/regional guidance into local materials and needs.
Develops and manages the Local Faculty of Trainers
Selects coaches and supportsNordic Trainers; builds development plans and oversees their activities (briefings demonstrations hands-on workshops anatomy masterclasses).
Oversees planning execution and follow-up of all HCP training events
Ensures alignment with cross-functional teams (Marketing Medical Affairs Sales) and integrates Galderma IDS into local activities when possible.
Builds strategic relationships and manages KOL engagement
Provides guidance to field teams on key KOLs to engage and develops strong cross-functional partnerships to maximizeimpact.
Holds budget accountability and drives short-term operational impact
Manages the areas budget contributes to local commercial results and develops 12-year operational plans for the function/job family.
Skills and Qualifications
810 years of experience in marketing medical or training roles preferably within Aesthetics or Prescription businesses with strong knowledge of the local industry landscape and KOL environment.
Proventrack recordin leading and delivering educational and training events including strongexpertisein event management and marketing.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong influencing communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly.
Masters degree MBA or equivalent with LIF certification mandatory.
Travel can be expected.
