About the Team

Youll be joining a collaborative diverse customer success team who are based in New York and across the United States London & Paris. Were focused on ensuring our customers meet their organizations strategic goals while also helping us achieve world-class customer satisfaction and net revenue retention. About the Role

The Curation Programmatic Senior Account Manager is a strategic partner to media agencies and advertisers responsible for driving adoption performance and growth of Permutives curation solutions. Combining commercial acumen with operational excellence this role oversees the entire campaign journeyfrom pre-sale strategy and audience design through activation optimization and long-term account expansion.

What Youll Be Doing

As an Account Manager within our Customer Success Team youll play a pivotal role in maximizing strategic commercial partnerships with our key curation clients. You are the primary technical and audience consultant during the sales cycle who can confidently support and troubleshoot delivery issues with curation clients.

Core Responsibilities

Client Growth Retention & Satisfaction

  • Own day-to-day account management for a portfolio of brand-direct and agency clients ensuring exceptional service and performance.

  • Partner with Sales to develop strategic account plans and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Act as the primary technical and audience consultant during the sales cycle leveraging internal and SSP forecasting tools to deliver actionable and data-driven campaign proposals.

  • Ensure clients are effectively activating and scaling Permutive curated audiences to achieve their business objectives.

  • Build trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders through proactive communication transparency and white-glove support.

  • Lead business reviews alongside the sales lead focused on performance delivery optimization insights and future growth opportunities.

Campaign Management & Revenue Growth

  • Oversee campaign setup and audience segment delivery across SSP curation platforms ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support clients through the full campaign lifecycle from planning and audience building to activation QA and post-campaign analysis.

  • Troubleshoot audience or delivery issues collaborating with Technical Services and Ad Operations to ensure swift resolution.

  • Proactively monitor pacing and performance providing optimization recommendations to clients and trading teams to maximize campaign outcomes.

  • Identify trends and insights across campaigns to inform future strategy and drive incremental revenue growth.

Strategic Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales on pre-sale planning platform demonstrations and aligning client objectives with Permutives audience solutions.

  • Represent Permutives Curation and audience products with deep subject-matter expertise and a client-centric mindset.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agency trading teams clearly articulating the value of publisher first-party data in a privacy-first cookieless ecosystem.

  • Educate clients on the technical and strategic nuances of Permutives solutions positioning the platform as essential infrastructure for future-proofed programmatic buying.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance workflows streamline activation and strengthen customer outcomes.

  • Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams championing customer needs and driving continuous product and process improvements.

What youll need

  • 6 years of experience in programmatic account management sales or trading within AdTech a DSP SSP or major media organization with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals.

  • Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem including hands-on knowledge of DSPs SSPs ad exchanges ad servers and private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG) deal structures.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in media forecasting campaign performance analysis and optimization against key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for commercial operational and trading stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and results-driven able to manage multiple complex accounts prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.

We take a structured objective approach to salary-setting which is based on marketing information our compensation strategy and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements we pay a base salary of between $120000 and $140000 with a 20% performance bonus.
