Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Inventory Clerks for a manufacturing and packaging warehouse located in Kennesaw!

Qualifications for Inventory Clerks:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior receiving/inventory experience is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders shipping documents and quality requirements.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Inventory Clerks:

• Receives all incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders packing slips and company requirements.

• Inspect materials for damage defects or discrepancies and report issues as necessary.

• Enter receipts into the inventory or ERP system.

• Label and route materials to appropriate storage locations or departments.

• Maintain organized receiving areas including staging and dock space.

• Work with carriers and drivers to ensure proper documentation is completed.

• Assist with cycle counts inventory checks and reconciliation of variances.

• Communicate shipment issues or delays to internal teams.

• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
