The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
Manage procurement supplier relationships and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
Optimize inventory levels across the production lifecycle to minimize costs and ensure material availability.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics warehousing and distribution activities.
Collaborate with production and sales teams on demand forecasting and production planning.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier reliability and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Deep understanding of inventory management procurement logistics and production planning.
Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes drive cost efficiencies and manage supplier relationships.
Excellent leadership negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP Kinaxis O9 Solutions).
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with international logistics customs and trade compliance.
