Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and oversee procurement of raw materials and components.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management procurement strategies and logistics optimization.
Excellent analytical negotiation and leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Experience with global trade compliance and customs regulations
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital supply chain transformation
