Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage all aspects of procurement including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components.
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels minimize obsolescence and support production schedules.
Direct logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation warehousing and distribution.
Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting inventory optimization procurement and logistics.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g. Kinaxis Blue Yonder)
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
