Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
Manage procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and performance monitoring for raw materials and components.
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels minimize obsolescence and support production schedules.
Coordinate logistics warehousing and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasts with production capacity and material availability.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs analyze performance data and report on trends to drive strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for planning procurement and inventory control.
Strong knowledge of demand planning S&OP logistics and supplier relationship management.
Proven leadership negotiation and analytical problem-solving skills.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g. Kinaxis Blue Yonder).
Experience with international sourcing logistics and customs compliance.
PMP or other recognized project management certification.
