Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on robotic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical mechanical and software issues in industrial robots.
• Program and teach robot paths waypoints and logic for manufacturing processes and new product integration.
• Calibrate and align robotic arms and end-effectors to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Install test and commission new robotic equipment and integrated cells on the production floor.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities repairs and system modifications.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols quality standards and industry best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics Automation Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g. Fanuc ABB Kuka) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g. Rockwell Siemens platforms).
• Strong understanding of electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex robotic system malfunctions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet).
• Basic understanding of HMI/SCADA systems for process monitoring.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software for reviewing designs or robot cell layouts.
