Key Responsibilities
- Install calibrate and configure industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic cells and automation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware software and electrical issues in robotic systems.
- Modify and develop robot programs (e.g. path planning I/O configuration) for new applications or process improvements.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure system reliability and compliance with specifications.

Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certificate in Robotics Mechatronics or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming troubleshooting and maintaining industrial robots (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA).
- Strong understanding of PLC programming and HMI systems for automation control.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical blueprints and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex automated manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Rockwell).
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting industrial vision systems.
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET).
- Basic CAD software proficiency for reviewing mechanical drawings or cell layouts.
