Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical mechanical and software issues in robotic cells.
• Execute repairs including component replacement and system adjustments to minimize production downtime.
• Assist with the installation calibration and setup of new robots and peripheral equipment.
• Program and adjust robot paths speeds and I/O logic using teach pendants and HMI.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all robotic operations adhere to established safety protocols.
• Document maintenance activities repairs and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics Automation Mechatronics or a related engineering technology field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex robotic and automation equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems.
• Proficiency in robot simulation software.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP PROFINET).
• Experience contributing to or developing preventative maintenance programs for robotic systems.
