The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Source screen and recruit candidates for production skilled trades engineering and plant operations roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all manufacturing positions from requisition to offer.
Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assess technical skills to recommend qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical manufacturing roles.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and report on recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to all employment laws and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing industrial or skilled trade positions.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes roles and technical skill requirements.
Proficiency in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills including behavioral and technical screening.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with recruiting for skilled trades and production roles.
Experience with high-volume recruitment strategies in an industrial environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday).
Multilingual abilities (e.g. Spanish) beneficial for a diverse workforce.
