Day to Day as a Recruiter

Own the Process: Lead the full recruiting journey from first outreach through offer acceptance
Create Opportunity: Drive high-volume outbound activity to spark new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines
Prospect & Engage: Source and connect with top candidates through research referrals and strategic outreach
Evaluate Talent: Interview candidates to uncover motivation skill set and true culture fit
Launch Campaigns: Run creative targeted recruiting and marketing campaigns that attract high-impact talent
Hit the Phones: Connect through phone-based recruiting and outreach (comfort with dialing is key)
Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates that drive repeat wins and lasting success
Stay Organized: Keep CRM activity and records clean accurate and up to date

Who Were Looking For

25 years of experience succeeding in sales recruiting or other people-first/customer service roles
A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Outlook and CRM systems
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure
Ability to work onsite from our office in Boise ID
