We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grandville that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g. production engineering skilled trades).
Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using various channels including industry-specific job boards technical schools and professional networks.
Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit within a manufacturing plant.
Negotiate offers manage pre-employment processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws.
Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing staffing needs.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience recruiting for various roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g. production engineering skilled trades).
Proven ability to source screen and attract qualified candidates using diverse methods.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills including behavioral interviewing techniques.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Understanding of manufacturing operations roles and the associated skill sets.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume hourly positions.
Multilingual proficiency particularly Spanish.
Experience with employer branding strategies for industrial sectors.
