Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials in-process production and finished goods according to specifications.
Conduct various tests and measurements using precision instruments recording and analyzing results accurately.
Document non-conformances quality issues and corrective actions maintaining comprehensive quality records.
Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality defects.
Support the calibration program for measurement and test equipment ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Contribute to the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience with quality control processes inspection techniques and non-conformance reporting.
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer literacy for data entry analysis and report generation (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent.
Experience with ERP/QMS software systems (e.g. SAP MasterControl).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Internal auditor experience for ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
