The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming in-process and final product inspections according to specifications.
Conduct dimensional visual and functional testing of components and finished goods.
Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data accurately.
Identify and report non-conforming materials assisting with root cause analysis and disposition.
Assist in the calibration maintenance and verification of inspection and test equipment.
Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) procedures and industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges CMM).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) SPC and root cause analysis.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
Experience with CMM programming or advanced metrology equipment
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab)
Internal auditing experience or certification (e.g. ISO 9001)
