Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control personnel and inspectors.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate non-conformances identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain quality system effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends report on performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• Proficient in quality methodologies and tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis 8D Lean/Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead train and mentor a quality team with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software or QMS platforms
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Proven experience in supplier quality management and conducting supplier audits
