Salary Range: $70000 - $104000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor key quality metrics using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
- Manage supplier quality including audits material qualification and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management system standards.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and drive resolution.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in core quality tools such as FMEA SPC MSA PPAP and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
- Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 13485 AS9100 IATF 16949).
- Familiarity with CAD software for design review and GD&T interpretation.
- Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices aerospace).
