Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Agile) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets timelines and cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with risk mitigation in a production setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Familiarity with CAD software for design review (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD).
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced planning software.
Knowledge of automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
