Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope objectives deliverables and resource allocation.
Develop and manage detailed project plans budgets and schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production and quality assurance.
Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and operational procedures.
Communicate project status progress and performance to all relevant stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and supply chain dynamics.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP Agile) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) applied to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Siemens Opcenter)
Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100)
Basic understanding of CAD software for reviewing designs
