Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules budgets and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain.
Monitor project progress identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards regulatory compliance and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for production planning and resource management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain dynamics and quality control standards.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies or continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

Formal training or certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems relevant to manufacturing operations (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial).
Experience with automation projects or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
