Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain.
Manage project scope risks and changes ensuring adherence to manufacturing specifications and timelines.
Monitor project progress resource allocation and budget performance reporting regularly to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards quality regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
Drive continuous improvement efforts for manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors/suppliers.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Agile).
Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality assurance principles.
Proficiency with project management software and relevant ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle MES).
Exceptional leadership communication and cross-functional team management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) or PLM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial).
Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100).
