Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
Proficiency in production planning scheduling and inventory management.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Experience with automation technologies and robotics integration
PMP or other recognized project management certification
