Note: Must be able to work both shifts: 1st Shift:5:45am 2:00pm & 3rd Shift:9:45 pm 6:00 am. Interviews required. Must be fully Cleared. Steel toe shoes needed. - Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities throughout the shift
- Willingness to work overtime weekends and various shifts as required

- Experience working with complex machinery

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Safely perform production tasks including stacking product material setup and quality checks
- Operate manufacturing equipment and power hand tools according to procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Identify and resolve basic production issues using problem-solving skills
- Support seamless production and contribute to meeting production goals
- Deliver quality products that meet customer and company standards
- Actively contribute to a collaborative safety culture
Requirements:
- Manufacturing background preferred but not required; full training provided
- Ability to stand walk bend kneel navigate stairs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and advance within the company
