Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement new processes and equipment for product manufacturing.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs PFDs and batch records.
Monitor key process parameters and performance indicators to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Collaborate with production quality and R&D teams to support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing issues.
Ensure all processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
X years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on process optimization and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and statistical process control (SPC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions and implement solutions.
Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes equipment and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) SCADA or ERP systems
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) for plant layouts or equipment design
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
