- Develop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and implement process changes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in process optimization troubleshooting and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in data analysis statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks
- Strong understanding of process flow diagrams (PFDs) piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and process control systems
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS PRO/II)
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP (e.g. SAP) integration
- Familiarity with PLC programming or industrial automation systems
