Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Release Engineer to manage and optimize Git

workflows execute release processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

ensure smooth deployments. This role requires strong expertise in Git GitHub and

release management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain GitOps practices including Git branching strategies and

repository guardrails.

Set up milestones labels and checks on pull requests (PRs) to ensure a streamlined

workflow.

Execute release cutovers planning and coordinating related events and activities.

Work independently with development QA operations project management and

external teams to triage and resolve branch issues.

Lead branch cuts and issue triages ensuring a smooth and controlled release process.

Ensure adherence to best practices in release management and Git workflows.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in Release Management.

10 years of experience in Release Engineering.

5 years of experience working with Git workflows and branching strategies.

5 years of experience with Git and GitHub.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex dependencies.
