Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations ensuring production targets quality standards and safety protocols are met.
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement.
Manage the plant budget control expenditures and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing plant team fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety environmental and quality regulations and company policies.
Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and minimize waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with overall business objectives and customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management budgeting and cost reduction.
Comprehensive understanding and implementation of safety quality (e.g. ISO) and environmental regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or Operations Management.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT MES).
Proven success in new product introduction (NPI) and scale-up processes.
MBA or Master's degree in a related engineering or business field.
Experience managing multi-site operations or significant capital expansion projects.
