Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all daily plant operations including production quality and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Manage the plant budget control expenses and allocate resources effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager.
Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen including P&L responsibility budgeting and cost control.
Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic production environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations quality standards (e.g. ISO) and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
