Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily production operations ensuring efficiency productivity and adherence to schedules.
Develop and manage the plant budget optimizing operational costs and resource allocation.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety quality environmental and regulatory standards.
Lead mentor and develop plant personnel fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance and reduce waste.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and long-term business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets optimize production and achieve operational KPIs.
Strong leadership communication and team development skills with a focus on safety.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI advanced automation)
Proven track record in change management and organizational development
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA Master's in Engineering Management)
