Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations production schedules and resource allocation to meet output targets.
- Develop and manage the plant's operational budget ensuring cost-effective production and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with all safety environmental quality and regulatory standards.

Recommended Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations including P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership team development and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets control costs and drive operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality systems and EHS regulations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience leading the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT).
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related business field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Multi-site or international operational leadership experience.
