Key Responsibilities

Manage overall plant operations production schedules and resource allocation to meet output targets.
Develop and manage the plant's operational budget ensuring cost-effective production and financial performance.
Lead mentor and develop plant personnel fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety environmental quality and regulatory standards.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes and achieve long-term plant objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

7 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations including P&L responsibility.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership team development and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets control costs and drive operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality systems and EHS regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience leading the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT).
MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related business field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Multi-site or international operational leadership experience.
