Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing operations management including P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead develop and motivate large production teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
In-depth knowledge of safety quality and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
Previous experience leading significant capital projects or facility expansions
