What Youll Be Doing
- Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets.
- Monitor adjust and maintain machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine inspections and address basic mechanical issues.
- Support site housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent product quality and workflow.
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial or mechanical equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn adapt and take initiative in daily operations.
- Dependable work habits with consistent follow-through on tasks.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $30.47 to $47.28 per hour
