Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring production targets quality standards and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Lead mentor and manage production teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets identify cost reduction opportunities and control resource allocation.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations quality control standards and environmental compliance across all operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain engineering and sales teams to align production with demand and strategic objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis for operational insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience with ERP system implementation or optimization (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Demonstrated experience in automation integration or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
