Recommended Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning scheduling inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Solid understanding of operational budgeting cost control and financial performance metrics.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards quality control and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
