Key Responsibilities

• Manage train and develop a high-performing operations team fostering a culture of safety accountability and productivity.

• Collaborate with supply chain engineering and sales teams to optimize inventory management and production planning.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management including production supply chain and quality control.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing operational budgets driving cost efficiencies and optimizing resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
