Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output quality and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes lean methodologies and quality control systems (e.g. ISO Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules manage inventory and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in budget management cost control and P&L analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems or specific ERP modules (e.g. SAP PP Oracle SCM)
• Familiarity with industrial automation IoT or Industry 4.0 initiatives
