Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
• Lead mentor and develop production teams and supervisory staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control processes.
• Oversee operational budgets optimize resource allocation and manage expenditures.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and inventory levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning inventory management and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop cross-functional production teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA Master's in Engineering Management)
