• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience leading complex capital projects.
