Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations quality standards and company policies.

• Manage operational budgets identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop production teams to achieve performance targets.
• Proficiency in production planning scheduling inventory management and quality control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing projects.
• Experience implementing or managing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
