Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot complex machinery failures and implement effective repair solutions.
Install modify and upgrade new and existing production equipment and systems.
Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently adhering to operational specifications and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics for equipment repair and installation.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to diagnose repair and maintain mechanical systems (e.g. hydraulics pneumatics power transmission conveyor systems).
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and root cause analysis techniques.
Technical degree or vocational certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proficiency in basic welding (MIG TIG) and fabrication.
Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
