StrategicProgramLeadership

  • Developandexecutelong-termstrategicplansforHCVoperationsalignedwithECCsmissionMTWgoalsandHUDrequirements.
  • LeadprograminnovationbycontributingtoMTWAnnualPlansandReports.
  • EstablishperformancegoalsutilizationtargetsandoperationalmetricsacrosstheHCVDivision.
  • Designsolutionsthatexpandhousingopportunitiesandrespondtomarketconstraints.
  • DriveoptimizationinitiativestoensurehighutilizationstrongSEMAPperformanceandmaximumimpact.

OperationalExcellence&Compliance

  • Overseeallprogramcomponents:MTWHCVVASHRADSROspecialvouchersandLIPHcertifications.
  • EnsurefullcompliancewithHUDregulationsHOTMAprovisionsSEMAPindicatorsandECC/HANHpolicies.
  • Directeligibilitydeterminationswaitinglistmanagementintakebriefingsandrecertifications.
  • LeadpolicydevelopmentandupdatestotheAdministrativePlanandACOP.
  • MaintaindataintegrityandreportingaccuracythroughHUDPIC/HIPsystems.

ServiceCenterOperations

  • DirectServiceCenteractivitiesensuringexceptionalservicetoresidentslandlordsandcommunitypartners.
  • Overseecustomerserviceoperationswaitinglistadministrationlandlordengagementandbriefingsessions.
  • Ensuretimelyaccuratereportingandconsistentprogramcommunication.

HousingQualityStandards&NSPIREOversight

  • ManageHQSandNSPIREinspectionprogramsincludingschedulingQCandabatement.
  • ServeasContractAdministratorforinspectionvendorsandensurecontractorperformance.
  • Overseerentreasonablenessprotocolsself-certificationprocessesandcompliancewithnewNSPIREstandards.

FinancialManagement&BudgetOversight

  • DevelopandmanageannualoperatingbudgetsfortheHCVDivision.
  • ForecastvoucherutilizationmonitorexpendituresandoptimizeMTWfundingstrategies.
  • OverseeHAPutilityallowancespaymentstandardsandrentreasonablenessupdates.

StaffLeadership&Development

  • Recruitsupervisementoranddevelopadiverseandhigh-performingteam.
  • Establishclearoperatingproceduresandprovidetrainingonpolicyandproceduralchanges.
  • Buildalearning-orientedculturethatsupportsexcellenceaccountabilityandprofessionalgrowth.

SpecializedProgramLeadership

  • OverseePBVprogramsolicitationsHAPcontractmanagementandrenewals.
  • ManagetheFamilySelf-Sufficiency(FSS)programandcoordinatewithresidentservices.
  • Leadportabilityoperationsandimplementfraudpreventionsystems.

StakeholderEngagement&Reporting

  • PreparemonthlyreportsforECC/HANHleadershipandtheBoardofCommissioners.

  • CollaborateacrossECCdepartmentsincludingPlanningModernizationandGlendowerDevelopmentonrelocationanddevelopmentactivities.
