Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions in production machinery and systems.
Troubleshoot complex equipment failures using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
Install adjust and test new industrial machinery and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical specifications for repairs.
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex machinery and equipment failures.
Adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles
