Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems to resolve malfunctions.
Execute corrective repairs and emergency maintenance on production lines to minimize downtime.
Install test and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities parts used and equipment history.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Familiarity with PLC diagnostics and basic programming.
Ability to adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
HVAC systems maintenance experience
