Our client is seeking aHarness Technicianto support the assembly of precision wire harnesses for aerospace hardware.

What Youll Do

Build and assemble finegauge wire harnesses (28 AWG or smaller)
Perform handsoldering for soldercup terminations (PCB soldering not required)
Crimp splice terminate and prep connectors
Follow detailed wiring diagrams harness drawings and work instructions
Ensure workmanship meetsIPC/WHMAA620standards
Work closely with engineering and assembly teams in a handson environment

What Were Looking For

Current IPC/WHMAA620 certification(SPACE addendum is a major plus)
Recent handson harnessing experience must have worked on harnessing within the past year
Skilled with finedetail work especially28 AWG or smaller
Strong soldercup handsoldering experience
2 years of overall harnessing experience preferred but not required
High attention to detail and comfort in a fastpaced production environment
