Salary Range: $46000 - $77000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components machinery and production lines.
Install calibrate and test new production equipment and facility infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with CMMS software (e.g. SAP PM Maximo).
Proficiency in welding fabrication or machining.
Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
HVAC/Refrigeration certification.
