The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Execute planned and unplanned maintenance tasks including equipment setup and adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities parts used and equipment status.
Adhere to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in mechanical electrical (up to 480V) hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming for automated machinery.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and skilled use of hand and power tools.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG TIG Stick).
Prior experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC/Refrigeration experience or certification.
