Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Develop implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Oversee the rapid troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures to ensure continuous production.
Manage the maintenance budget including spare parts inventory procurement and capital expenditures.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies for all maintenance operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness and equipment uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong technical background in industrial mechanical electrical and automation systems.
Proven experience leading and managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in developing and implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Advanced proficiency in CMMS/EAM system administration and optimization (e.g. SAP PM Maximo)
Experience implementing or significantly optimizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs
