Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance team including scheduling training and performance management.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability to support manufacturing production goals.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and relationships with external service providers.
Oversee the troubleshooting repair and overhaul of complex machinery and facility systems.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety health and environmental regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems and PLCs.
Proven ability to lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. SAP PM Maximo).
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies in a maintenance setting.
Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography).
Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or facility improvements.
