Key Responsibilities

Lead train and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee all repair troubleshooting and installation activities for manufacturing equipment.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectively.
Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations for maintenance operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery automation and facility systems.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills including staff development.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Expertise in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced CMMS/EAM systems (e.g. SAP PM Maximo).
Demonstrated experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience.
